While working in an electrical shop, Mr Pukhraj Singh Rajpurohit wondered why a city full of chai lovers lacked a cup that felt truly satisfying.
So he began a journey — one that took him over 30,000 km across India:

And 1,000+ tea shops in cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Pune, and Bangalore
After 5 years of experiments, failures, discoveries, and perfecting the blend, he crafted a chai unlike anything else — balanced, aromatic, and unforgettable.
With this perfected recipe, the first Norwa Chai outlet opened in Kumar Pet, Bangalore.
What began as a single shop has now grown into 70+ thriving outlets — built on consistency, quality, and a taste that speaks for itself.
